Cookies note

The short version

This guide uses one strictly necessary session cookie, set automatically by the web server on certain requests to manage state. It doesn’t identify you personally, isn’t shared with anyone, and expires when your browser is closed (or shortly after).

The slightly longer version

• Strictly necessary. A small session cookie used by the server to preserve state (for example, to keep values in the contact form if you re-submit it).
• No advertising cookies. No Google Ads cookie, no Facebook pixel, no TikTok pixel, no LinkedIn insight tag, no third-party remarketing.
• No analytics cookies. No Google Analytics or equivalent. Basic aggregate traffic is looked at from server logs only.
• No cross-site tracking. Nothing here talks to any advertising or analytics network.

Because the only cookie in use is strictly necessary for the site to work, no consent banner is required under the Canadian or European rules I’m familiar with. You can block cookies entirely in your browser; the site still works.
